Job Title: Jr. Executive

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary Range: 12K-16K (Based on experience/Negotiable)
Key Responsibilities:
Create designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva (basic to advanced)
Develop engaging short videos for digital platforms
Design social media creatives (posters, banners, logos)
Basic editing with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
Educational Requirements:
Minimum HSC or equivalent.
Strong graphic design skills and portfolio required.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the graphics design department.
Additional Requirements:
Gender: Male/Female
Proficient in [Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva]
Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
