Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and provide relevant information.
Follow established scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH.
Customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills.
Availability for flexible part-time hours.
Person with IELTS are highly Encoureaged to apply.

Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Previous call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Graduation or equivalent.
