We are looking for a talented Social media manager to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You must be able to creatively express our company’s vision.
Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing social media strategies.
2. Identifying target audiences.
3. Creating content calendars.
4. Monitoring social media trends.
5. Developing text, images, videos, and other multimedia content that is relevant and appealing to the target audience.
6. Manage and grow our social media accounts. (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms)
7. Monitoring social media.
8. Analyzing social media data.
9. Collaboration and Communication.
10. Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, etc.)
11. Collaborate with design and development teams for campaigns and branding.
12. Respond to comments, messages, and maintain community engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing business social media pages
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English
- Creative mindset and a good sense of aesthetics
- Living near Savar DOHS / Ashulia is preferred
